Job Description

Seeking a skilled and experienced pharmacist to provide expert clinical pharmacy services in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to the Simpson acute inpatient ward
  • Contribute to oncology pharmacy services, ensuring optimal patient care
  • Manage PBS claiming, including Efficient Funding of Chemotherapy programs with precision

The ideal candidate will hold current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist, possess a full Australian Driver's Licence, and have experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services. A postgraduate qualification or progression towards one is highly valued.

Requirements:

  3. Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services
