Pharmacy Professional Opportunity

As part of our team, you will provide comprehensive pharmacy services to a regional hospital. Your role involves delivering clinical pharmacy services, focusing on medication safety improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support to the Simpson acute inpatient ward, focusing on patient care and medication management
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver oncology pharmacy services
  • Manage pharmaceutical claims, including PBS claiming and Efficient Funding of Chemotherapy programs
Requirements:
  • Registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
  • Post-graduate qualification or experience working towards one is desirable
  • Australian driver's license
  • Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting
