Experienced Human Resources Business Partner

Work with a dedicated team to create a thriving and supportive workplace as a key member of our People Strategy and Capability unit. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 6-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance on all people initiatives to senior leaders and executives
- Develop workforce plans, organizational capability, and succession strategies in collaboration with the team
Our ideal candidate possesses significant experience in a senior HR Business role within a complex matrixed organization, coupled with strong technical HR capabilities and experience in strategic practices.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field are desirable but extensive experience is equally valued
- Proven ability to work strategically with senior leaders and executives is essential
- Significant demonstrated experience in workforce planning, organizational development, and leadership engagement
- Flexible work arrangements that prioritize employee well-being
- A hybrid model requiring a minimum of 60% office time per week
