We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join our team in Melbourne CBD office, right next to Flagstaff train station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality and innovative civil designs and documentation for single and multi-unit dwellings and basements;
  • End-to-end ownership of project work from concept design to construction within delivery time frames which includes visiting, attending and managing client meetings to discuss scope of works, expectations and problem solving;
  • Liaise and manage communications with councils, variety of clients and developers, and other relevant project stakeholders across multiple disciplines;
  • Work closely with internal engineers to ensure accurate completion of projects;
Requirements
  • A minimum qualification of a Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution;
  • Previous exposure and experience with designing:
    • Pump systems;
    • Onsite detention systems;
    • Outfall drains;
    • General Civil drainage;
  • Ideal structural experience with residential and low-rise apartment buildings;
  • Experience in the design of stormwater and drainage layout for residential buildings;
  • Proficient in the use of engineering design software tools including OSD4, Melbourne Stormwater, Music Modelling (preferred).
