Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality tutoring and teaching sessions to students across various Business and Creative Industries disciplines
  • Develop and update course materials in line with industry standards
  • Assess and mark student assignments, exams, and practical assessments
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences and moderate discussions
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Completion of an AQF+1 qualification in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current scholarship in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the tertiary level and a clear teaching philosophy that aligns with our mission and values
  • Ability to deliver a student-centered learning experience, including using diverse teaching methods to engage students in both online and on-campus workshops
  • Understanding of student well-being and ability to promote a positive classroom culture and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment
