**Job Title:** Service Specialist

**About the role:

  • Oversee South Australian operations from Adelaide office base.
  • Travel expected to SA services, frequently and at short notice.

Our organisation is expanding and looking for a Service Specialist experienced in delivering Out of Home Care Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on supporting, guiding, and facilitating teams in areas such as service compliance, team-based support, and local community/family engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and establish new business in South Australia.
  2. Enable and support Customer Service Delivery teams to create positive customer outcomes and satisfaction through goal achievement and planning.
  3. Monitor and ensure service compliance with multiple jurisdictions requirements.
  4. Manage individual contracts and funding agreements.
  5. Establish and maintain systems, processes, and tools enabling effective engagement with customers.
  6. Contribute to specific service improvement plans relating to Child and Family services.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive relationship management skills including internal case management.
  • Experience in customer service, strong business acumen in Out of Home Care models.
  • Proven ability to work in incident response, crisis coordination, accurate reporting, and decision making.
  • Ability to identify business insights, trend analysis, and reporting.
  • Expertise in implementing Therapeutic Frameworks.
  • Current driver's license, willingness, and ability to travel interstate frequently.
  • Minimum tertiary qualification preferred or relevant Diploma.
