Job Description


The Finance Manager will support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and lead a highly competent team. They will oversee all financial reporting, provide business support to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement projects.



Salary


This role comes with an attractive salary package of $140,000 - $160,000 per annum plus superannuation.



About the Role


The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or a related field, along with a completed professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA). Previous experience in professional services is advantageous.



Key Responsibilities


The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading statutory reporting, preparing monthly management accounts, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, overseeing tax compliance, cashflow management, insurance renewals, and asset registers. They will also work with the Executive Leadership Team to develop KPI reporting and ad-hoc analysis.



Key Requirements


The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Australian tax laws and compliance. They will be able to manage key finance functions such as statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. The Finance Manager will engage effectively with stakeholders, providing commercial recommendations based on sound financial analysis.
