Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispensary Technician at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a critical role in enabling us to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Dispensary Support: Assist the pharmacist to ensure our customers' prescriptions are processed correctly and efficiently using our dispensing system.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure our dispensaries are well-stocked to best serve our customers.
  • Membership Promotion: Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process prescriptions and maintain inventory levels.
