Dispensary Technician Role

As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a vital role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose by:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Assisting pharmacists to process prescriptions accurately and efficiently using our dispensing system.
  • Maintaining well-stocked dispensaries to meet customer demands.
  • Demonstrating the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
  • Working across our network of pharmacies in the SA metropolitan area once fully trained.

Successful Dispensary Technicians at National Pharmacies consistently demonstrate:
