Dispensary Technician Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dispensary Technician, providing extraordinary customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Assist the pharmacist to ensure customers' prescriptions are processed correctly and efficiently using our dispensing system.
  • Ensure our dispensaries are well-stocked to best serve our customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
  • Work across our network of pharmacies in the SA metropolitan area.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • The ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, a committed team.
