Our Role Overview
As the HR Coordinator at LifeFul, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Talent Acquisition, Program Managers, Finance, the Disability Operations Manager, and all employees to foster a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce.
You will oversee HR operations, including compliance with NDIS regulations, workforce planning, employee relations, policy development, and training initiatives. You will partner closely with leadership to drive initiatives that enhance staff retention, streamline onboarding, and foster a positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources Management is essential.
- You must have a proven track record of managing policies, procedures, compliance, onboarding, and performance.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills are required.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment is crucial.
