Physiotherapy Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated physiotherapist to join our team as a Community Physiotherapist. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to provide quality care to patients in various settings.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and interventions for rehabilitation programs in home and hospital settings.
- Support our ageing population through government-funded programs, including Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Programs.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes and participate in clinical supervision.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in community or hospital physiotherapy.
- Hold a physiotherapy degree with unrestricted registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Valid driver's licence and insured roadworthy vehicle required.
