Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced business development professional to lead our sales efforts across the APAC & JPN region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the APJ book of business and drive growth through a hybrid selling model.
  • Manage and mentor a team of account executives focused on new business and expansion across APJ.
  • Develop prospecting and deal management strategies tailored to the APJ market, with a focus on generating healthy pipeline, driving velocity, and closing deals.
  • Create scalable enablement processes that shorten ramp time and support career progression.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Pocus to drive forecast accuracy, team productivity, and deal velocity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a quota-carrying role leading a team of account executives and/or sales development teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, keen business acumen, and a passion for driving excellence and innovation.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and developing creative solutions.
  • Experience leading fast-paced teams and driving results in a competitive sales environment.
