About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Engagement Consultant to join our team at Big Fat Smile Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience from initial enquiry through to the end of their enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date family accounts and records within our Client Engagement system.
  • Support families to have a smooth enrolment journey and assist with any ongoing account enquiries.
  • Administer and process direct debits and other methods of payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate child attendance records for submission to the relevant Government Departments.
  • Ongoing monitoring and active management of accounts to ensure timely payments and minimal debt.
  • Support Centre Directors and staff with enquiries from families, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
  • Provide training for Centre Directors, staff, and families on the use of key systems, including online enrolment and attendance software.
  • Adhere to all standardised administrative systems and procedures to support service delivery.
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders to continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Participate in achieving the objectives of the Portfolio Business Plan and Organisational Strategic Plan.
  • Champion a customer-focused service culture, promoting excellence in service delivery at all times.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for families and other stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Centre Directors, staff, and families.
  • Ability to provide training and support to staff and families on the use of key systems.
  • Knowledge of Government regulations and requirements related to child care and attendance records.
