Lead Radiographer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced radiographer to lead our imaging team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services and mentoring a team of radiographers, technicians, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and direct the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art imaging facility.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee scheduling and coordination of imaging appointments and procedures.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
  • Clinician Support: Provide expert guidance and support to clinicians on imaging modalities and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a registered and practicing radiographer, with demonstrated leadership and management experience.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of medical imaging modalities, procedures, and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment: Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Technology: Proficient in imaging software and technology.
