Job Title: Aged Care Support Professional

We are seeking passionate and genuinely caring individuals to join our team in a residential home setting as Aged Care Support Professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy helping others and want to make a real difference in people's lives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing assistance with daily living activities such as domestic duties, cooking, cleaning, and showering
  • Organizing outings and activities to promote social interaction and engagement
  • Cooking and preparing meals
  • Transporting residents to appointments and activities
  • Assisting with personal care needs
  • Gardening and maintaining the outdoor environment
  • Providing emotional support and companionship

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential Requirements:
  • Current driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • CPR certification
  • Police check
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • NDIS module completed
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Right to work in Australia

Work Environment:

We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Shifts Available:

6:30 am - 2:30 pm

2:15 pm - 9:30 pm

Night duties - 9:15pm to 6:45am
