As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will work collaboratively with fellow Educators in your center to observe, assess, and continually improve the educational programs provided to children. You will enhance the team's comprehension of child development and early education content, guiding the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework. In partnership with the center's leadership team, you will spearhead transformative initiatives and advocate for excellence in educational practices.
Goodstart Early Learning operates a center that accommodates 90 children, serving all early learning age groups from 6 weeks to 5 years. The center maintains operational hours from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
The center is dedicated to offering children and their families a secure and stimulating environment while implementing early-intervention strategies for children who may be at risk or disadvantaged. The center actively engages families, educators, and the broader community in shaping the educational landscape.

Qualifications required:
