Position Overview

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the role of Mechanical Supervisor at our facility. This position is residential and based in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage teams, focusing on performance management, safety protocols, workflow optimization, task execution, and leadership development.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of workshop activities to ensure timely job completion.
  • Prepare and manage personnel schedules and timesheets.
  • Engage with client representatives and Project Engineers to address technical inquiries, conduct inspections, manage project timelines, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and materials to ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Implement quality control measures and uphold company standards for Quality Assurance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Recognized Australian Trade Qualification.
  • White Card/Blue Card and a valid Driver's License.
  • Schedule 26 Training/Section 44 certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Fabrication or Assembly Workshop environment.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar industry, preferably within the mining and oil and gas sectors.
  • Proven expertise in project planning and resource management is advantageous.
