About the Role

As a Hospitality Employee at IRT Five Islands Court, you'll contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our residents and their families. You'll provide excellent hospitality services, ensure meals are served with care, maintain cleanliness in dining areas, and support the overall well-being of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with catering staff to assist with meal preparation
  • Deliver and serve meals to residents
  • Perform general laundry duties, including personal laundry
  • Interact with residents and build meaningful relationships
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines
  • Assist with domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in hospitality or laundry services (desirable)
  • A big heart and strong customer service skills
  • Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable)
  • Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable)
  • Availability to work a range of shifts
