About the Role

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to take on the challenging role of After Hours Nurse Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing staffing methodologies, recruitment, and human resource management while ensuring efficient patient flow and resource allocation.

With a strong focus on maintaining accreditation and risk management processes, you will contribute to a safe and positive work culture that prioritises outstanding patient outcomes. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in addressing any inconsistencies between practice and policy, providing after-hours oversight across a rotating 7-day roster, and managing staff allocation and operational aspects of patient care.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience in nursing/midwifery, demonstrating competence in relevant practices and management roles. You will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts while promoting a positive workplace environment.
