About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Senior Analyst to join our Group Treasury Risk, Reporting, Analytics and Liquidity Platform team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality and timely liquidity information to meet regulatory reporting obligations under a robust risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in managing ongoing change release cycles to implement platform fixes and enhancements.
  • Produce analysis for internal stakeholders, including senior management, on liquidity returns.
  • Perform hands-on design, development, and testing to improve analytics within the liquidity space.
  • Drive process improvement and innovation over time.
Requirements
  • Experience working with financial reporting data as a business or system analyst, data or reporting specialist.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL is required.
  • Experience with Python, QRM, Axiom, or Alteryx is highly desirable.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience working on production issues, including system feed issues, and delivering data enhancements and system fixes as part of change release cycles.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial concepts, products pricing, and cashflow generation, behavioural modelling, assumptions for runoffs and new business inflows.
