Production Management Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee safe and efficient operations in the concrete industry. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the production process and maintaining highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Batching & Front-End Loader Operations: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement best practices for batching and front-end loader operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and implementing the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Management System.
  • Water and Waste Management: Oversee the water and waste management system, adhering to environmental requirements and ensuring minimal impact on the environment.
  • Concrete Production: Meet customer specifications and deadlines while optimizing truck and personnel scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels by ordering raw materials and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate equipment maintenance and engage contractors when necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and support to the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks and contribute to operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a production or supervisory role is essential.
  • Safety Knowledge: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Leadership Abilities: Effective leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Certifications: Front-end loader certification and LF forklift license (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Batching Experience: Previous computer batching experience would be advantageous.
