Department Manager

We are looking for an exceptional leader to manage our wardrobe services department. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and making informed decisions.
Job Responsibilities- Manage daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the wardrobe services department, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- H&S compliance: Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for employees.
- Roster management: Make timely roster changes and manage breaks, ensuring optimal employee productivity.
- Linen orders: Oversee daily linen orders, guaranteeing efficient supply chain management.
- Laundry productivity: Develop strategies to maximize laundry productivity, driving business growth.
- Sound computer skills, including MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous people management experience.
- Good working knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of fabrics and fibers is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility with working hours to accommodate a 24/7 roster.
