Job Overview

The role of the Talent Acquisition Officer is to provide high-quality support to stakeholders, ensuring timely and cost-effective recruitment processes. This includes managing a shared recruitment inbox and group phone line, responding to queries, and utilizing LinkedIn for candidate searches.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality support is provided to all stakeholders.
  • Use judgment to monitor and respond to recruitment queries.
  • Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage the shared recruitment inbox and group phone line.
  • Utilize LinkedIn for candidate searches.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Interest and ability to learn new tasks and embrace change.
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service in a human resources environment.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant work experience in a human resources field.
