We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our team at Kohort Partners Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business requirements, identify gaps, and provide solutions in Salesforce and for the broader technology landscape.

Job Description

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with a focus on Salesforce and other enterprise systems and technologies. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. Additionally, you will identify gaps in the existing Salesforce implementation and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions
  • Identify gaps in the existing Salesforce implementation and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation
  • Provide guidance to other team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project objectives within budget and timelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Around 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on Salesforce
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com and its various components, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud mainly
  • Proven experience in analysing business requirements and developing technical solutions in Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in project management and agile methodologies
