Job Title: Site Management Director

This is a Permanent Full Time appointment.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team at a tertiary hospital, responsible for the day-to-day site leadership and operation of all services, including the delivery of clinical programs and co-ordination with other providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to clinical and corporate governance, and decision making on issues as part of the executive team.

Career Opportunities:
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a 783-bed hospital offering a range of health services, including maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations. Additionally, they will be working closely with stakeholders and managing resources effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients and staff alike.

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site leadership and operation of all services
- Delivery of clinical programs and co-ordination with other providers
- Contribution to clinical and corporate governance, and decision making on issues as part of the executive team

Requirements:
The following skills and qualifications are required:
- A valid working visa or Australian citizenship/permanent residency
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare management, business administration)
- Proven experience in site management and leadership roles
