Hotel Refurbishment Project Manager

You will be instrumental in delivering a high-profile hotel refurbishment project from inception through to completion.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team of professionals and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality and schedule.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel refurbishment project.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Ensure the project adheres to all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Drive efficient communication and reporting across all project stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep the project on track.

Requirements

  • You possess extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager within the construction sector.
  • You have a demonstrated history of successfully delivering complex projects, specifically with experience in hotel refurbishments or large-scale commercial builds.
  • You are adept at managing Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) processes.
  • You are a natural leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and relevant legislation.
  • You are commercially astute with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to project profitability.
  • You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
