Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced contract professional to join our team as a Senior Contract Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a comprehensive understanding of contract law and the ability to identify and manage risks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing, sourcing, and managing contracts within commercial construction/civil environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports and claims, with particular emphasis on the management of subcontractor claims, invoices and overall project costs in relation to forecasts.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the existing suite of contracts within the designated remit are managed in strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legal frameworks. This includes but is not limited to the maintenance of accurate records, adherence to key contract milestones, and management of performance/obligations as per the contract.

The role also involves autonomously preparing, managing, and evaluating the end-to-end tender process, including drafting tender documentation, managing pricing submissions, conducting negotiations, preparing evaluation and recommendation reports, and reviewing terms and conditions.

Tertiary qualifications within either engineering or construction management are desirable.
