As a Customer Sales Consultant at Peter Warren Automotive Holdings, you will play a vital role in assisting with all online and phone sales enquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and understanding their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Action inbound internet and phone leads within reasonable time frames
- Use CRM systems to enter customer details and pass enquiries to respective sales departments
- Build and maintain relationships with departments across multiple franchises, locations, and areas of the business
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience handling high volumes of customer enquiries and targets, and possess exceptional communication skills and telephone manner.
- Desire to meet objectives and reach new heights
- Ability to work independently but also effectively within a team
