About the Role

The Site Engineer Civil is a key member of the project team responsible for providing project planning and execution support to Project Engineers for assigned work packages, including management of contractors on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project planning and execution support to Project Engineers for assigned work packages
  • Manage contractors on site to ensure compliance with approved quality standards
  • Report construction progress and ensure all work performed meets approved quality standards

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in the construction industry with previous experience as a Site Engineer in mining construction
  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in project scoping and estimating, cost, procurement, and quality management
  • Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and planning skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and form collaborative relationships
