Clough is seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team on a landmark project in Western Australia. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating bulk earthworks and civil construction activities on site, ensuring compliance to project specifications, safety, and quality standards.

About the Project

The Perdaman Industries' urea plant is a flagship project for Western Australia, and Clough is proud to be a part of it. About the Role

As a Civil Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating construction crews and plant activities, organizing materials and machinery, and ensuring the workforce, machinery, and materials are in the right place at the right time, meeting project requirements.
  • Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Allocating tasks and monitoring work to ensure quality standards are always maintained.
  • Proactively managing site operations to ensure compliance with all practices, policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
  • Conducting inspections to identify and address any potential issues or deviations.
  • Reviewing and approving construction plans, drawings, and materials.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams.
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of construction activities, progress, and any changes.
