About the Role

Clough is seeking a skilled Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team in Karratha. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating bulk earthworks and civil construction activities on site, ensuring compliance to project specifications, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate construction crews and plant activities, organizing materials and machinery to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Proactively manage site operations to ensure compliance with all practices, policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations.
  • Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and materials.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, progress, and any changes.

Requirements

  • Strong site supervisory skills with bulk earthworks, civil, and concreting experience on large construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to problem-solve and identify practical solutions.
  • Ability to build sound working relationships with all stakeholders, including client representatives, sub-contractors, and peers.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to promote and foster a strong safety culture across the project.
  • Valid WA Driver's License class C and White Card (must have).
