Calling all Supervisors - this is your chance to oversee a concrete jungle in the Northern Territory's outback

If you want to lead a team through the highs and lows of running a busy concrete and quarry site, this role is for you.

As Site Supervisor at our Katherine plant, you'll ensure we deliver the goods while keeping costs down and safety standards up.

You'll be second-in-charge, reporting to the Site Manager and responsible for the operational side of things.

Ready to roll up your sleeves? You'll maintain equipment, comply with procedures, reduce costs, safely manufacture quality products, monitor systems, and communicate health, safety and environmental requirements. Think you can handle it?

Brave the responsibilities:

  • Ensure equipment is safe and efficient through kick-ass maintenance
  • Comply with operational policies and procedures - we play by the rules here
  • Slash operational costs without compromising on safety or quality
  • Batch perfect concrete orders every time using our automated Command system
  • Monitor and maintain HSE, quality and maintenance systems - check, check, check
  • Communicate and comply with all health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Support your team and build awesome relationships on-site

You'll need to be the best to pass our test:

  • Manufacturing, mining or production experience - the rougher the better
  • Able to find opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
  • Great people skills and problem-solving skills
  • Computerised batching system experience is essential
  • Licences for forklift, wheel loader and excavator will make you a star player
