Job Description

As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect, you will build strategic relationships with partners of all sizes and serve as their trusted advisor. Your primary objective is to deliver a superior partner experience with AWS and ensure the satisfaction of our shared customers.

You will be responsible for managing the overall technical relationship between AWS and our partners. This involves providing support to partners in helping them meet the needs of our customers by making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency to accelerate our customers' challenging, mission-critical projects.

Internally, you will represent the voice of the partner, sharing their requirements and suggestions to inform the development of AWS features and partner program enhancements. Your creativity will connect technology to practical solutions, enabling our partners to achieve our shared goal of transforming the experience of citizens interacting with all levels of Government, Education, and Health.

You will participate in the creation and dissemination of best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples, blog posts). Additionally, you will promote and educate about AWS technology through various channels (e.g., workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, or conferences).

This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a strategy to build awareness and broad adoption of AWS cloud services across our partner ecosystem and within strategic accounts.
