We are looking for a self-driven, go-getter to grow these partnerships, build capabilities, and deliver solutions that support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Success in this position requires a technical mindset, aligning with key programs and educating/upskilling partners on Snowflake's critical product features. The role involves engaging with both technical and executive audiences using whiteboarding, presentations, and demos to build mindshare among Snowflake partners. The role also involves collaborating with strategic Data Cloud Product partners who are investing in developing cloud-native SaaS offerings on Snowflake and working closely with data app providers. Given the complexity and strategic nature of this role, it requires a candidate with deep technical expertise and a proven track record of successfully working with large partners to create technical champions and deliver impactful results.

• Run training sessions, workshops, and webinars to help Partners become proficient in Snowflake.
• Help Solution Providers/Practice Leads with technical strategies that enable them to sell their offerings on Snowflake.
• Keep Partners up to date on key Snowflake product updates and roadmaps to help them represent Snowflake to their clients about latest technology solutions and benefits.
• Run technical enablement programs to provide best practices and solution design workshops to help Partners create effective solutions.
• Drive strategic engagements by quickly grasping new concepts and articulating their business value.
• Showcase the impact of Snowflake through compelling customer success stories and case studies.
• Understand how Partners generate revenue through industry priorities and complexities they face and influence where Snowflake products can have the most impact for their services.
• Lead technical and executive presentations, from deep-dives with technologists to strategic discussions with C-level audiences.
• Contribute to the creation of reference architectures, blueprints, and best practices based on field experience to enable internal stakeholders and Snowflake-powered programs.
• Apply development skills
  • Work with large-scale datasets, preprocess them, and create appropriate data representations.
  • Work with partners in building solutions using Python, Snowpark, and other open-source libraries.
  • Dockerize applications and run Docker images inside Snowflake.
  • Build industry solutions based on partner and customer requirements.
  • Build Gen AI-based applications and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI.
  • Help partners deploy ML models in Snowflake.
• Work across Asia Pacific and Japan regions with travel up to 40%.

• Have technical, product, and deep architectural expertise on the latest data product capabilities with our Partner community.
• Have strong experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL DBs.
• Have strong experience with data warehouses such as Azure Synapse, Redshift, and BigQuery.
• Have working knowledge of the latest Snowflake product updates and best practices.
• Have 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Spark, and Big Data.
• Have experience and knowledge of Docker and how to containerize Python-based applications.
• Have knowledge of container networking and Kubernetes.
• Have working knowledge of APIs; proficiency in Agile development practices and CI/CD, including DataOps and MLOps.
• Have familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, and GCP) and distributed computing.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Have experience using Big Data or Cloud integration technologies such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, etc.
• Industry experience (a plus) in Education, Federal, Financial Services, Healthcare & Lifesciences, Insurance, Advanced Media, Retail CPG, Technology, and Telecom.
• Have knowledge of ML development and Generative AI, including deploying ML models to production.
• Have working knowledge and experience with regional diversity across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and India (a plus).
