As the HSE Officer, you will play a key role in providing advice and guidance on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality matters while driving change across the organization.
- Develop and Implement HSEQ Policies and Procedures
- Provide Guidance and Support on HSEQ Matters
- Facilitate Workplace Rehabilitation for Injured Workers
- Conduct Risk Management and Auditing
- Implement Health Initiatives for Employees
- Maintain Documents as per Company Standards
- Report Safety Performance to the Sime Darby Industrial Solutions Group
Job Requirements:
- Certificate IV in OHS or equivalent
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, online reporting systems, and Rapid Global contractor management systems
- Previous experience in an Engineering environment or similar heavy industry
- Proven background in HSEQ, cultural change, and engagement
- Qualification in Return to Work and Rehabilitation (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- ISO certification experience
