Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Hold a Certificate IV in OHS or equivalent.

- Previous experience in an engineering environment or similar heavy industry.
- Proven background in HSEQ, cultural change, and engagement.
- Qualification in Return to Work and Rehabilitation (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- ISO certification experience.
