Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our fraud prevention unit, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our users and platform from fraudulent activity.

As a Risk Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to investigate suspicious behaviours, design effective risk strategies, and develop controls that protect potential victims while blocking malicious actors.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, investigative curiosity, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure the highest standards of security and trust.


Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze fraud cases, suspicious transactions, and user behaviors to identify patterns and trends.
  • Investigate and report on complex fraud scenarios, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of fraud on our users and platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen platform security and prevent fraudulent activity.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in risk control or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Bilingual English required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in crypto, banking, financial services, payments, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong passion for protecting users and resilience in tackling fraud-related challenges.
