The successful candidate will play a crucial part in providing efficient support to the sales, billing and finance teams. The main focus will be on ensuring seamless billing processes and maintaining high data accuracy across all systems.
About the Job:
This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver key responsibilities. Some of the key tasks include:
- Ensuring accurate completion of sales orders by collecting information from contracts, internal teams, and clients.
- Raising client invoices and managing cash collection.
- Updating the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service, order management, and/or billing, as well as cash collection experience is desirable.
