Project Management Expertise Sought

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead our projects in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. This is a full-time position with a 9:5 FIFO roster.

  • Cultivate partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors to drive project success
  • Optimize resource allocation, ensuring efficient organization and supervision of people, plant, and machinery resources
  • Develop work plans, arrange necessary resources and materials, and ensure timely project delivery
  • Collaborate with senior management to maintain project schedules and activities
  • Ensure team members understand organizational objectives, their roles, and focus on developing relevant plans

About the Role

This Electrical Supervisor opportunity has arisen due to multiple project awards in the Pilbara region. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects, an Electrical Trade Qualification (WA Electrical Licence) highly regarded, commitment to environmental sustainability, quality, and safety, and a thorough understanding of factors affecting product and result.
