We're seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to our customers, helping them navigate the complex world of cyber security.

Your primary role will be to work closely with our sales team, providing recommendations on appropriate Check Point solutions to meet our customers' cyber security needs. You'll also be responsible for providing insight and advice to potential and existing customers based on Check Point's best practice.

  • Working closely with our Sales Team to provide recommendations on Check Point solutions
  • Providing insight and advice to customers on Check Point's best practice
  • Leading technical engagement and managing key tasks such as Proof-of-Value and Cyber Workshops
  • Supporting responses to RFI's & RFP's with bid teams
  • Engaging and supporting partners and customers on latest Cyber Security Technologies

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 8 years relevant engineering and pre-sales experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of typical customer architecture and cyber needs
  • Exposure to network, cloud and End Point security advantageous
  • Customer-first mindset and experience working with large to medium enterprise organizations
  • Ability to create end-to-end security solution for customer's environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant certifications highly preferred
