This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne, Boorloo – Perth, Meanjin – Brisbane or Warrang – Sydney. We offer flexible work arrangements to balance your professional and personal life, fostering a culture of trust and autonomy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services for HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, finance, human resources, or related field.
  • Mobility program leadership experience within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Clients relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries, with a flexible approach to work, including delivering under pressure and showcasing solutions like technology demos.
