This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, delivering top-notch service and contributing to the magic of our resort. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute special events and functions
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management (desirable)
  • HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training
  • Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • Experience working in a hotel/resort environment
