This role requires you to move and live on the island at K'gari Beach Resort.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent higher education (a must-have)

• Food Safety Course (essential—because “safety first” is part of our culture)

• Flexibility to work across various shifts—because island life is full of surprises

• Advanced communication and organizational skills.

• Time management skills that would impress even the busiest bees.

• Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment—you know how to handle the heat
