About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team at K'gari Beach Resort on beautiful Fraser Island, Queensland.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, working closely with our culinary team to deliver exceptional food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional food and service
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent higher education
  • Food Safety Course
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts
  • Advanced communication and organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
