Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to lead and deliver scalable automation strategies across our operations in the ANZ region.

This role drives growth, improves customer journeys, and optimises performance through smarter workflows by owning and delivering end-to-end automation projects across sales, marketing, and client services.

  • Owning and delivering end-to-end automation projects
  • Building and optimising campaigns and workflows using Marketo and other automation tools
  • Partnering with senior commercial and operational leaders to align automation with business outcomes
  • Driving adoption of best practices in lead management, customer engagement, and campaign performance tracking

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Marketo and marketing automation platforms, a deep understanding of lead lifecycle management and campaign orchestration, proven ability to operate at pace, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact.

A strong market knowledge and commercial awareness is required to guide automation strategy. Experience with Salesforce would be highly advantageous but not essential.
