A typical day for you might involve:

  • - Providing efficient luggage assistance, adhering to the highest standards of service
    - Anticipating and meeting guests' needs by offering tailored recommendations for exploring Adelaide and its surroundings
    - Safely parking cars in our valet carpark, ensuring the utmost care of vehicles and secure storage of keys
    - Maintaining the cleanliness of our driveway, door, and hotel entrances

To excel in this role, we're looking for someone who:

  • - Holds a valid Australian driver's license and is comfortable operating both manual and automatic vehicles
    - Possesses excellent communication skills, able to handle guest concerns and compliments with ease
    - Can work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
    - Demonstrates strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    - Is fluent in the local language, with additional language skills a plus
    - Has basic computer skills and is literate
    - Is flexible and able to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
