**Role Overview:**
This is a dynamic role that requires you to be responsible for all activities related to credit assessment of Home Mortgage. The key responsibilities will include:
- Managing workflow from a central queue in a timely manner
- Assessing lending processes through to decision-making
- Preparing files and ensuring all required documentation is included in submissions
- Understanding computer systems to ensure records accurately reflect customer position
- Working with the team to meet objectives in a timely manner
- Adhering to compliance regulations and managing potential risks
- Contributing to process improvement and quality framework
- Liaising with third-party brokers, clients, and stakeholders
As part of the team, you will work closely together to achieve results that help our customers achieve their financial lifestyle goals. You should be a skilled team player, highly proficient in MS-Office suite, and an expert in client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in business or financial services. Prior experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and good conceptual knowledge are essential.
Responsibilities will involve preparing detailed reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities will be necessary. In addition, you will need to develop effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You must also possess excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
