Job Overview

Engineering Networks Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans to achieve growth.
  • Promote our company's products and services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the electrical industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, with experience using tools such as Salesforce.
