About the Role

NHP Electrical Engineering is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic Sales team.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to maximize sales and provide a fantastic experience to our customers.

You will work closely with the sales team to understand sales goals and plan merchandising activities accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking shelves
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand sales goals and plan merchandising activities
  • Addressing and resolving client issues related to NHP brand presentation
  • Providing regular updates on Brand status within branches to sales team
  • Implementing promotional activities in line with the marketing team's and regional wholesaler lead's strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store management and staff
  • Utilizing CRM to build and maintain data information on customers and competitors

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role – Product Merchandising
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a range of customers
  • An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate needs into business solutions
  • Focused, passionate & willing to go above and beyond
